We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to Personal Information we may collect from children and take many special precautions to protect the privacy of children. We do not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to use the Services. Parents can review their child’s information, delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of such information. Parents have an easy method for giving consent. We encourage children to consult with their parents before submitting any information to any online resource , including our Services. We believe parents should be involved in the online activities of their children and suggest that parents do their best to provide their children with a safe and friendly online environment.

Notice to Parents. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), parents (or legal guardians) of children under. 13 years of age must consent to collections, uses and disclosures of the personal information of their children collected by Sports Innovations products and services such as “Virtual Football Academy” VFA.
We ask that you provide Parental consent in line with our Privacy Policy and COPPA rules.

Where the purpose of collecting a parent’s online contact information is to provide voluntary notice to, and subsequently update the parent about, the child’s participation in a Web site or online service that does not otherwise collect, use, or disclose children’s personal information. In such cases, the parent’s online contact information may not be used or disclosed for any other purpose. In such cases, the operator must make reasonable efforts, taking into consideration available technology, to ensure that the parent receives notice as described in §312.4(c)(2);

Automatic collection of information
When you open the Website or use the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information that your browser or device sends. This data may include information such as your device’s IP address and location, browser and device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, the webpage you were visiting before you came to the Services, pages of the Services that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Services, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Services. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
